A Roxborough Park Engagement // Denver, Colorado

While I am a PNW-based photographer, I find so much joy in taking pictures in other states.

I’ve been able to cultivate a little audience in Denver, Colorado, and have booked at least a couple Denver weddings there every summer since I started as a wedding photographer! I have the honor of capturing Brett + Wesley’s wedding this June in Denver, so while I was visiting family in Denver, we decided to get together for an engagement session. The place we went may be my favorite photography location to date, and it is literally in their backyard: Roxborough Park.

Surrounded by dramatic red-rock formations, Brett + Wesley shared their love story with me. We laughed and danced until the sun went down, dreaming about how beautiful their wedding day is going to be. I can’t wait to be back in their home state in a few short months to witness their vows!
