After moving back to Tacoma in September, I have been eager to adventure around downtown with a couple and my camera.
So when Danielle reached out to me and asked if I would take her engagement pictures in downtown Tacoma, I was so excited!!! I met Danielle + Chris in front of the Union Station. We then walked around the corner and across the bridge. By the glass museum, you can capture epic view of multiple signature buildings in Tacoma including the Tacoma Dome. We wandered down the steps and over to the edge of the water, and were cheered on by an energetic group of teenagers who were hanging out. To wrap up our shoot, we walked across the street, through the UW Tacoma campus, and over to the Harmen building. I love the dynamic of shapes and colors that I get to incorporate with a downtown photoshoot. And even more than that, I love capturing the love of couples who radiate joy. Chris + Danielle are a quarantine love story. They are goofy, unbelievably kind, and love Jesus deeply. It is a joy to know them, and I cannot wait to capture their wedding in the Spring!
